MOSCOW, Dec 26 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Healthcare Ministry will consider gradual ousting of tobacco from the market after 2050, Deputy Minister Oleg Sagalai told PRIME on Wednesday.
“The concept talks about reduction of tobacco consumption to 5% of population and later consideration of an issue of gradual elimination from the market,” Sagalai said.
